 Transatlantic Translations was established in the US by Chris Crothall in February 2001. Prior to that, Chris spent 9 years in the translation industry in Europe, working with a number of European multinational companies before emigrating to the US. He soon became aware that, whilst there were many translation companies in the States, US purchasers of translation services were not getting the high quality of product and customer service he believed they deserved. Consequently, and based on these criteria, Transatlantic quickly obtained its first clients, and it has now built an excellent reputation in the industry for providing high-quality translations and associated services, backed up by outstanding customer service. In addition, Transatlantic has gained a tremendous reputation within the industry for its professional and well-organized Project Management, not least the promise to ensure that all suppliers are paid within their 30-day terms – something which is unusual in the industry.
Such success has driven Transatlantic’s rapid expansion, and we now have Sales Representation covering all of North America, Europe and Asia and are able to offer true 24 hour support to our clients.
